ill one of my childhood dreams of becoming a police officer and after a few applications I was very fortunate in being accepted whereupon I was sent to the police college for recruits and hense began my 40 year run in policing. . Part time employments over the years included working for " George Paul Godin Inc " as an ambulance driver replacing regular drivers on summer vacation at varies hospitals throughout Montreal, I also drove the ambulance part time for Paperman & Son (Cote des Neige ) who had the contract for the Jewish General Hospital I also worked for "Air Canada" (Montreal Based) and then for "CP AIR" (Montreal Based) as a summer replacement flight attendant during my summer times off from my teaching position.. In addition I also worked part time for Wardair Airlines (Mirabel Based) as a Passenger Service agent.... I also played base guitar as a regular member of the house band known as "The Black Velvet Band" at the well known Irish Pub called "The Hunter's Horn" on Peel Street -Montreal (1969 -1974) every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights with the two founding members of the band (Trevor Downs and Archie Quinn),... So its been a good life in terms of happiness, good health and financial stability with very few regrets so far.........
